"I ordered some curtains, which were exactly what i was looking for. The website, and the emails sent to me by AllModern proudly advertised free shipping. Lo and behold, I was charged for shipping. When I contacted AllModern, they tried to tell me that this only applied to orders from Wayfair, but this is completely inconsistent with the email and website information I saw. They didn't refund the shipping, so I tried to cancel my order. They told me it had already shipped, and if I wanted to return it for anything other than store credit, I have to pay the cost of return shipping. This has been a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend AllModern to anyone. "

"I applied for their loan it's called Affrim. Purchased over 5000$ Worth stuff. Didn't wanna use Debit from reasons to make it easier on payments and build the credit with the loan. Anyways.. I applied, i got approved. Everything looked pretty simple and easy. Checkout. Boom! Done! "Stuff will be shipped at that time and blah blah blah"Entered the account of loan. 5500$ the loan was on 3 payments aprox 1700$ in each months. In 3 months should be done with paying of the loan.I was happy at the moment, thinking about all those stuff I ordered.Not even an hour. Im getting MAIL.Allmoder Cancelled my order!What's first in the mind? We don't wanna waste time on these ****, we don't wanna complains and waste time with costumer services!I emailed Allmodern costumer service. Getting back with a respond" oh sorry about the cancellation , it was a deal because a YOU shipping and BILLING adress didn't match or whatever! I mean who the heck they playing, doesn't make a sense. Everything was simple and easy and everything was a correct. Asking me if I Wanna order again!?I have to deal with the **** load that i applied. I don't whats gonna happend next. I gotta go to the bank and change the cards, i see that already in the mind. Its so confusing! Seems scam! Or they are just that bad with working and controlling that website.They said they will refund the 5500$ in 2-5 bussines days. Will see! "I purchased a mirror from Allmodern and when it arrived it was of terrible quality. Gold finish had several noticeable flaws and several other areas where paint appeared to be coming off. Tried numerous times to return mirror and have been unable to get a reply."

"This desk was inexpensive so I wasn't expecting an heirloom. It's good and was easy to assemble. BUT Fed-ex was horrible on their delivery. They changed the delivery date 3 times. But I am using it now and all is ok."
