"On Thursday afternoon, June 14 I ordered a bouquet through Bloomex.ca. I placed the order for my Mother that had some recent medical issues and wanted to cheer her up. I went ahead and purchased but it only showed me the cost of the flowers and not subtotal, shipping or tax but processed my order anyways. I emailed Bloomex to ask them to clarify as well as asked if the flowers could be shipped between 9am-12pm on the Friday, June 15. They sent an email back clarifying that they cannot deliver between those times but would deliver between 12pm-5pm. I called my Mom and discretely asked for her schedule and if so happens she would be home all afternoon and evening. By 6pm the next day (delivery day) I had not heard from my Mother which was odd as she would normally contact me right away after receiving. I phoned and casually asked if she received any parcels, she declined and even went outside and look all around the house, nothing. By 9:22am on Saturday, June 16 I received an email stating the following, "Hello, Your order was delivered. Left at the door. Order Delivered at: 6/15/18 10:07 PM. Bloomex \BMB" Yes you read that correctly, they delivered the flowers at 10:07pm on Friday night, in the evening at which time most people would be sleeping. Well that is what they say...but guess what no flowers were delivered and you can imagine why, it was dark probably didn't take care in looking for the address and delivered to the wrong house or wasn't delivered at all...in conclusion the flowers were NOT received. At 9:30am I try to call Bloomex which I might add is next to impossible, apparently they don't accept phone calls but say to live chat or email. So I live chat...guess what you can't do that either so I email and receive this: "Dear ****, we are terribly sorry for the delay in your order, unfortunately, we cannot refund orders after they have been prepared, shipped or delivered. We will provide you a 15% off coupon you may redeem off your next order that code is 5000. You may use it online or over the phone. Bloomex Management" Yes you also read that correctly, I made a purchase of goods, they were not delivered and they are saying they cannot refund me on orders that have been "prepared, shipped or delivered" Lets make something clear here...the items were not received which means I don't know if they were even prepared, shipped or delivered because NO ONE GOT THEM. So I send another email back stating their refund policy is non-compliance. 10:16am I receive another email "Hello, Your order was delivered. Left at the door on June 15th. Order Delivered at: 6/15/18 10:07 PM. - Please provide us with instructions of what to do if no one is available to receive your gift (such as leave with a neighbor, leave in a designated area). If no person is present to accept the flowers at the location specified,our driver will act in his or her discretion based on weather conditions, safety, security, etc. Please note, our couriers do not call prior to delivery. Please ensure the recipient is home to receive items. Bloomex BMB " Again stating the ordered was delivered. But it wasn't delivered to the address i specified on the initial order! They also go on to say "if no one is available to receive your gift..." of course no one is able to receive it! You delivered it at 10:07pm at night clearly to the wrong address!!! They don't have it therefore it was not delivered. I send another email back saying it was NOT delivered, we don't have it and I receive this back "the Status of your Order No. 2247546 has been changed.Hello, We apologize for the delay. Due to high volumes of deliveries being made our couriers did they best they could to assure all deliveries were complete. For the delay a store credit will be applied to your file. Bloomex MBB " Obviously I messaged back that was unacceptable. I get this back "the Status of your Order No. 2247546 has been changed.Hello, We have issued under your email address a store credit in the value of 78.38$. Store credits do not have a time limit, however, they are a one time use. Store credits do not cover taxes and delivery. Store credits cannot be combine with any other discount or coupon. To use this credit simply enter your email address into the coupon field upon your next order with Bloomex. Please allow 24 hours advance notice prior to delivery when using a store credit. Store credit order are valid between Tuesday-Friday delivery when ordered one day in advance prior to 3:30PM. We look forward to making your next delivery a great one! Bloomex MBB Change Order Status." Also not acceptable because guess what? Do they really think I am going order from their company again? What does a store credit do for me? Also not accepted. At this point I have no other options but to write this review, contact Consumer Protection BC, RCMP & the BBB. They can take it from here. But I will not give up for future consumers. DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX they are a fraud."

"I ordered the balloon bouquet for my husband's 40th Birthday, just for a laugh, as a little surprise. It did get delivered. However, the two balloons that said " Happy Birthday" on them were nearly fully deflated and floating at knee height( which after a very short time became ankle height) and only one of the other two balloons was fully inflated. The colour scheme of the balloons was also not what I selected. However, it would have been fine if the balloons had been fully inflated! It is impossible to speak to a Bloomex customer service rep on calling their helpline number- the number simply directs you to the online chat support or tells you to email them. I emailed them with photographs of the product and asked for a refund. They offered a replacement bouquet or for me to choose another product from their website. They said they do not give refunds.We were leaving Canada two days after my husband's Birthday to return to the U.K plus I was most unimpressed with the company and their poor customer service, so did not want either of the options they offered. They did not reply to my second email explaining this and asking for a refund. They did reply to my third email, saying again that they do not offer refunds. There have "testimonials" on their website of supposedly satisfied customers, but as far as I could see, there was no option to leave feedback on their website! Terrible company. "
"I ordered flowers to be delivered, and as far as I know they never made it. At first, they claimed to have been put in storage overnight and would be out for delivery the next day (so a day late). I had to follow up four times with the live chat employees, and was finally told they were delivered (though the recipient has yet to receive them). I sent a complaint email about the initial delay to customer service, and after two days, have still not received a response (despite their claim to respond within 24 hours). I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before making my purchase. That was $50 that I will never see again. "
WORST COMPANY EVER - COMPLETE SCAM!!!
"If I could give this company 0 stars, believe me, I would. I placed two orders for mother's day for my mom and mother-in-law, both of which did not get delivered. They delivered one of them the day after and charged me for this. To make matters worse, they didn't even deliver the type of flowers I requested and stated that their policy state that they can substitute for flowers if they run out. I have been disputing the fact that I shouldn't have to pay for my order as it wasn't delivered on time and it wasn't even what I ordered. The most they did is give me a credit note for the flowers. Why the hell would I order again from this ridiculous company?!? What I realized is that for important occasions, they take more orders than they can handle and then they don't answer any phone calls the day after (believe me I tried) as they're too busy catching up on their deliveries so you can't even cancel. Then they charge you and the flowers arrive limp as it's been sitting in a van overnight. This can been going on now for over a month with no accountability on their part. Please stay away from this horrid company!!! "

"They sent me a coupon the exact same time I clicked submit order. Upon asking them immediately to apply the coupon, they said no. I asked them to cancel the order and they charged me $25 to cancel an order worth just over half of that AFTER shipping. I will NEVER recommend this company nor use them in future. Stay away and buy from Teleflora. This is garbage."

When I called to inquire why I was first hung up on, then left waiting for an hour for someone to respond on the live chat, then I simply gave up. I think this is all part of their plan, frustrate you until you give up. Again, DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE! You have been warned. "
Worst service I've ever experienced!
"I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on mother's day. I even paid extra to ensure the flowers made it to her workplace during her work hours. On the day of mother's day, I followed up several times with the customer service representatives via online chat to inquire about the status of the delivery as it was still not delivered and my mom was almost off work. Each time I inquired I was told the courier was on its way. My mom never received the flowers on mother's day; they came a day late! I called customer service demanding a refund and was told they can't help; I was instructed to email the customer service for help. A few days after I requested a refund via email, I was refunded $9.00.... I paid nearly $100.00 for the delivery! I emailed again inquiring as to why I received a small amount back and demanded the full amount. Weeks went by and no response, or a complete refund. I emailed again and was told "your order was destined for an area outside our production, and as per our policies it was sent with a courier for overnight delivery. Orders designate to areas outside our production are sent with a courier for delivery next available delivery day. We don't offer refunds for order that been prepared, shipped and delivered." Bullsh**t! When was I ever informed about this? Never. It doesn't even say this in their policy on their website! I live across the country; had I known this was going to be the outcome, I would have asked a relative to deliver the damn flowers to my mom! They don't follow through with their "guaranteed" service therefore you are not entitled to a refund. Makes total sense right? WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! "

"I ordered flowers for a friend who's dog had just passed away. Everywhere on the site guaranteed same day delivery. I received a notification that the order had been received and processed. After the flower not arriving I called the contact number provided in the email and it is not in service. I went online and found a different number. When I called I got an option of #1 for new orders or #2 for existing numbers. After selecting #2 it says goodbye and hangs up so I called back and pressed #1. The lady was nice until I mentioned I was calling to inquire about an existing order. She became extremely rude and hung up on me. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are fraudulent and shouldn't be in business. I called VISA right away to report it and she said they have several claims against this company. Worst experience ever. Worst of all my friend didn't receive the flowers to help him cheer up on such a hard day."

"Unbelievable srew -up from start to finish. I don't usually write reviews but I am soooooo upset over this company, I want to warn everyone AWAY from them. I ordered a Large arrangement of flowers for our Aunt's funeral. They were to be delivered on Saturday as the visitation was Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening. When we arrived at the funeral home Sunday they were not there. I tried calling the 800 number but of course that person will only take new orders even though there is an option for new or existing orders. I went on to the Live Chat and told them that the flowers had not been delivered. They stated that they would put in an inquiry to the delivery company. Since it was late Sunday afternoon I knew the flowers would not be delivered in time. I advised them that the funeral was the next morning at 11am which would be held at a church and not at the funeral home. They asked for the address of the church which I gave them. I was hopeful they would arrive there in time for the funeral at least but they did not. When I contacted them again, they stated that because of my late change of address they could not deliver ! I did not change the address...........but then in the same conversation they said they would not refund because they had in fact been delivered. After checking with the funeral home the next day and confirming they had not been delivered, I was back on Live Chat trying to get a full refund. You can't deliver FUNERAL Flowers 2-3 days late !!!They insisted they could not give a refund but they could do a resend to the family. Since I didn't want to send a large funeral arrangement of flowers to the family's home, they said I could send a different product to the family such as a gift basket. Since I wasn't going to get a refund I decided I might as well do this. So I found a suitable basket on the website, went back on Live Chat to order this and was then told that I would have to pay for shipping if I sent a different product because it would be considered a new order. As I was arguing this with "Emily" I got disconnected. I went back on and spoke to another girl and she said that I would not have to pay shipping. So I gave her all the information - product # - Family member's name - Home address and phone number. She said I would receive a confirmation email which I did not. Today I receive a call from the funeral home that the gift basket had been delivered to them. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! I will no longer be ordering from them and will be spreading the word as will the Funeral Home that was involved. A very bad experience for a very emotional occasion - which cannot be fixed after the fact."

"All the reviews below speak for themselves, but a bit about my horrific experience:Ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day as she was back in her hometown of Montreal for the day. When I placed the order, the screen popped up saying "Your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email shortly" - no order #, and I never received an email. I waited, and still didn't get anything. I went onto the Live Chat - typed in asking to cancel and nothing went through - just the scrolling ball of death. Called the number, but funny - the recording tells you that there is no live person, and nothing regarding existing orders is done via phone. Helpful.Still never received an email by the day of delivery, and no charge to credit card, so I assumed the order didn't go through (Thank god after reading the horrible reviews). Lo and behold, Mother's Day rolls around and my mom Skypes with me and shows me her hideous, nearly dead flowers. She said she had thrown most of them out because they were dead. Thank Goodness I had ordered another bouquet from Canada Flowers so she had a nice bouquet through a different company.Tried to get a refund, and they told me complaints must be within 3 days (though by reading other reviews, that's just as useless). They offered a coupon to a next order - AS IF I will ever want to order with this pitiful company or ever trust my credit card in your hands. They gave me generic apologies and essentially told me they saw no problems with the order and had sent emails - suuuuure. I'll believe that when pigs fly. Worst company I've EVER worked with. I work in customer service, and have already advised everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague and stay FAR away.Cannot believe this company is still in business - seems like stealing money to me. Agree with all the comments below - I created an account just to warn other people not to use this company -that's how bad I feel my experience was with this company. If that's any indication, save yourself and buy with Canada Flowers or anywhere but this company."
Do not expect anything in return for your money
"Ordered flowers for mother’s day. Flowers were sent four days late when my mother was out of the province. Contacted the company and they said to use the online chat for customer service. They responded very quickly however once they realized I was an unhappy customer and not a new sale- they did not respond to questions. I had sent a prior email which had no response. Their phone system has zero ability except for sales purposes. I wrote a negative review on their Facebook page (they hide all the negative comments from public view but you can see angry faces) and the Facebook messenger responded and three weeks later they contacted me via email to offer a $20 gift certificate off the next purchase. Right. Like I would ever do business again. You cannot buy flowers for 20$ and I’m sure as heck not giving them by credit card ever again. Coming from a business background, you should always right your business errors. It seems as though they maximize their profits on over capacity on which they cannot deliver. They cannot afford to rectify their mistakes as there are too many. Shop local pay an extra $5 for flowers. Imagine it was a funeral, a birthday or any special event with your love one not receiving. Or Receiving the wrong or damaged product? Look on Facebook there is an entire Facebook page with hundreds of angry customers. Their Facebook page they delete any angry comments. Do not use this company. Let’s put them out of business. I have never registered to write a negative review but I’m this is one experience that leaves me flabbergasted."

"I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend who is very ill. I paid extra for expedited delivery. There was no email confirmation of the order that I placed. When the delivery did not happen on the day I expected them to be delivered I began a frustrating and very annoying attempt to follow up. You never can talk to a person you are only able to "chat" online with someone who really has no idea what is going on and this in itself was extremely frustrating. You wait and wait for some response and then the contact keys back a response which is usually of no help. The contact will suddenly decide to close the chat. After a few chats I was sent an email saying the flowers were in transit but they weren't sure since it appears that they just use a number of florists so they are unable to track an order. As for the quality of the flowers, I am unsure as I was not about to call my ill friend. I actually ordered more flowers directly from a local florist as well because I was so concerned. I should have read the reviews to save the grief Bloomex caused me. "
"I have 9 years on service customers service but this is the first time I see an horrible service. Order flowers for my wife on Saturday 12 May around $59 CAD until today I have not received my flowers. They told me it was left at the reception or secretary, I was lost because I put our home address there. I send them many emails to refund me no one is take care of this case but I will complain to the consumer service, they can't take people money away just like that."

"Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and added a vase to my order. Specific instructions to call moms cell before delivery. She did not receive a phone call, the flowers were delivered without the vase and left laying outside her doorstep. There was no card, just a loose leaf piece of paper with a hand written note riddled with spelling mistakes, including my name misspelled! Contacted customer service, nothing was done. They would not even refund the cost of the vase that was never even received. If I could give zero stars I would. "
