horrible customer service
"ordered at the middle of Nov. received order end of Nov. Mystery box was a joke, it had cheap stuff you could get at the dollar store any day of the week and charged triple the cost! Nothing like the you tube commercial! Tried to contact them the very same day to return box and get something different for a Christmas present they would never email me back until Dec. 27th for a return approval. I sent it back the next day certified mail which was half the cost I paid for the box, but i didn't want to take the chance them saying they hadn't received it. Nothing... I had to contact my credit card company at the end of Jan. because they would not respond to emails again or credit my account!!! Oh if you try calling them it tells you to email them just awful awful awful! Reported them to BBB. I've never seen a company so blatantly blow off a customer, please be aware if you come across this company you can get the same stuff cheaper just about anywhere."
No refund on paid sold out products
"Purchased and paid for 3 support belts @ $6.99 each, totated $20.97 on 11/18/17. 1st they showed shipped on website but never received. Contact them and they said sold out. Then they refund 6.99 on 12/21. Contact them again on 12/27. They (via email from Jay) said they will refund the remaining $13.98. Checked every few days up today 1/20/20 still no refund. Jay claim it was refunded on Mon 1/8/18. Still no refund. Been a long-time customer for at least 5 years. Will not buy from them again. Very sad that they would cheat me out of 13.98. Used prepaid CC, so hard to file dispute but will figure out how. Will report them to BBB.org"

I am certain that they know the have a substandard product! The only reason that I am pursuing this is because I want to save other buyers from this company. Christmas gift gone wrong
"I ordered two little speakers for my granddaughters. They arrive in a damaged paper envelope. When opened, one of the packages inside was clearly damaged, so I hooked the speaker up to see if it worked. There was a dent on top of the speaker and the sound had a loud buzz and a rattle. I tried emailing immediately as there was no return information provided in the mailer. No response. I tried calling, but I only got a recording that cut me off after telling me to "email them." Now I have one broken speaker and can't seem to get any satisfaction from the company. Obviously, I am frustrated and concerned that this will not be taken care of. I will not be ordering from this company again."

"Ordered first time on 10/20/17, 2>16 year Mystery Boxes. GearXS says it shipped with tracking number. UPS shows still not at their facility. 10 days and nothing . Cannot talk to a person. Have asked Paypal to cancel at this point. Don't feel like a valued customer. Very poor Customer Service/response. Would like for it to have gone well. Very disappointed in this company."
Item not as pictured
"Bought yoga pants that were advertised to be wearable just as pants. Tried to put them on, they are completely see through and appear to be **** hose material. Will never buy from this company again."

"Bought 7 items from this company and have not received them. They processed my credit card. Emailed them numerous times and finally received a response advising that our initial shipment was lost and they will advise within 24 to 48 hours. Still waiting after the time period and no response. Made a complaint with ebay and Pay Pal."

"This company is a disgrace-stay far away and don't let them take your money because they will and then they won't send you a product and then when you try to call you get a recording informing you to email them in which they will not return your email. I will be reporting them as fraud to my credit card."

"It was filled with $10 worth of dollar store crap and the satisfaction guarantee is a lie. You can pay to return the items for store credit or exchange. Don't waste your money! "
