"I ordered a front bumper grille. It didnt fit my car - the car that was described in their advertisement. I spoke to one **** the phone and she admitted that unfortunately in their system its still not specified which exact model would fit - mine is 'special edition" and she apologized for it. Then another one sends me an email with return address and refuses to refund shipping money I paid for their Chinese crap. Whose fault is it that it doesnt fit my car ??? I m glad I didnt buy the rest of the body parts I needed from them."
Lousy Customer Service
"I ordered a radiator and a fan shroud for a vehicle. Both parts that they have listed for my vehicle are way too small and don’t fit. When contacted they stated i ordered the correct parts so tough. In addition the radiator had several crushed fins, because of that they won’t accept a return at my expense. I gave both the brand new parts to friend as i have no use for them. To summarize, if you order a part and they state it’s the correct part even if it doesn’t fit you have to pay the return shipping, even though it’s false information on their site. And if they send you a damaged item your stuck with it. A terrible company stay away, and buy elsewhere. I am out a lot of money for nothing."
$213 part not delivered, $60 refund. Robbery....
"That right there says it all, I wont repeat what I called the person at customer service when I called and asked where my front bumper cover was. I purchased the part online, which requires an email (ONE FORM OF CONTACT) and I paid for it with PAYPAL (The smart thing to do) and (THREE FORMS OF CONTACT: An Email, 2 phone numbers, AND PayPal Message center). Customer Service informed me that they had shipped the part, and said because one digit in my paypal phone contact was wrong, the part has been shipped back and I will be paying a "recycling" fee. JUST LIKE THAT. Anyone wanna guess what the "recycling" fee is? $150.... Theft, simple internet robbery...I am an Ebayer seller, and PayPal has taken money from me to pay an unsatisfied customer who gets to keep the item...No sweat, it happens...Now it is my turn to hold the blade, and Get All Parts will taste it. In 10 days, PayPal will give me my money back, as it should be..."
Everything was great! Grille came within a couple days also.

"Ordered side view mirror for rider side, but got passenger side. Made me pay 18 dollars for return. All in all, the process took 10 days. Don't waste time buying anything from this company "
"Orders some door handles on a Saturday and received a email that the order had been cancelled on Tuesday. In the email is said if you have questions please contact us by the phone number (Just a recording, no message can be left) or an email address. I understand you are an Internet company, but don't but a phone number is no one answers it. If you are going to just cancel an order don't just generate a canned email and go down the road. I just started this truck project, but I can tell you that I won't be purchasing anything from them, because you can't count on getting what you ordered. "
"I bought a headlight for my MR2 they had a great price so I ordered it. It looked good when I received it, installed it and looked better than the other side. Then the rains came in Oct 2017 Los angeles, the light filled up with moisture and fog and now days after the rain it stays foggy with moisture in it. I found out from (Stephanie) there that the light was a a remanufactured part, meaning that it has been repaired. Our warranties do not cover the NIQ (remanufactured) parts. I also found out that NIQ stands for Not Insurance Quality. So I bought a head lamp from GAP that was not insurance quality NIQ it failed and Stephanie says tough luck. I will never buy from them again and I would suggest that others not buy from them as well because you will not get Quality parts that will last. What you'll get is headaches and very bad customer service. They get your money and you mean nothing to them after that. Now I have to go out and buy another headlamp and do all this searching all over again. I will never buy from GAP again and Stephanie was unhelpful. "
"I WAS TOLD BY E-MAIL AND AND OVER THE PHONE TO PAID FOR A RETURN, AND AFTER I DID PAID, A UPS TRUCK WAS SENT TO PICK IT UP. NOBODY MENTIONED THAT UPS WAS COMING, IT WAS SMALL ITEM AND RETURNED IT COST ME 70% OF IT ORIGINAL PRICE. WHAT A JOKE!!!! "

Company does not keep you updated
"I waited over 2 weeks before trying to contact the company. Once I did, realizing I never received my part, they told me the part had yet to be shipped. Very disappointed, seeing as I still don't know when the part will even leave the warehouse. "
Junk thrown in a box
"Ordered a real tail light for my BMW. They shipped a scratched light with missing components. They didn't even take the time to properly protect the product during shipment. Simply thrown in a box and shipped. I was surprised the thing wasn't demolished during shipping. Customer Service is a joke. Talked to Healther and Katie at their Indiana CS location and recieved rude and condescending service. NEVER EVER buying from this company again!"

"I ordered from this company bc they showed orders ship within 48 hours and I paid to upgrade to overnight delivery bc I needed the part (wheel replacement on my wife's car) fast bc my wife was without a vehicle. I ordered Sunday and figured at the latest I would receive it by Wednesday. Ithe was not shipped until thursday night, after calling Wednesday and they promised it would be out that night. I did not receive the part until Friday afternoon. I contacted them back asking for a refund of the upgraded shipping difference from the regular price and never received a response back. When I took the wheel to the tire shop, the put it on the machine to balance it and discovered a slight bend in the wheel. I will never shop here again as I do not trust their parts and their service is unreliable. "
"I will have to give them a zero star review. They took my order for a left front door for a 1995 Tacoma. They promised UPS delivery & debited my account immediately, but never sent any tracking info. Ten days later, still no door or further communication so I called them. An associate named Amber promised a return call when she didn't find info in the system. She called the next day & said that the warehouse held the order because they didn't ship door shells via UPS & it would have to ship FOB truck freight. She indicated that Get All Parts would cover the additional shipping costs as approved by her supervisor. Six days later, still no door. I called again & was told that the door in question was DAMAGED & could not be sold. When I asked about a replacement and was told none would be available. How convenient! So then weasel out of paying for truck freight by claiming "the door was damaged". And, oh by the way- they are another LKQ affiliate. Once again, screwed by LKQ or their affiliates! "
"Well the part I did receive was correct and fine quality. The issue is with their ordering and tracking process. I purchased 2 parts online to repair some minor dings before I sold my truck. That was on the 10th, I used PayPal to pay and got the e-mail from the site and from PayPal that they had received my order. Then nothing, when I called a week and a half later I was told they were still waiting on payment, then they realized they were paid and said they would overnight one part and the other was too big but was on the way. So The next business day (the 26th) I got the one part, but a week later the other still wasn't there. I ended up trading in my truck with the damage. Then I called to check on/cancel my other part. Yup still hadn't shipped. They did cancel the order and refund my money right away. They had good prices, I got a quality part, and they were nice enough to deal with, but you may have to babysit and check up on the transaction regularly."
