"Ordered an item on black Friday as they were undercutting their nearest rivals by £10. It said in stock. Didn't receive my item and eventually admitted it wasn't in stock and couldn't get any. Ruined my Christmas present and I now have to pay full price for the item elsewhere. Customer service refuse to compensate or admit fault. AVOID. "
Incorrect order received - no response
"I ordered a black and green boostapak and received a blue trunkie that is of absolutely no use to me. I have emailed 4 times and heard nothing back at all to enable me to return it. It has been sat in my hallway for nearly two weeks now and it is totally unacceptable"
Poor level of service

Appalling customer service and delivery system
"Item arrived in squashed, unsealed and open box with half of contents missing so that it was completely unusable and only fit for the bin. I have now emailed Customer Services FIVE times over the past two weeks asking them to replace or refund it to no avail. My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY however tempting their deals may appear to be"

"Don't waste your time buying from this lot.They don't have the products they confirm they've sold you!Then after 3 weeks of "your order is on its way" emails, they cancel.Trading standards should have a good look at this lot."
In-stock Christmas gifts' dispatched a week later and will miss boxing day.
"They managed to delay my order's dispatch for one week, late enough to miss boxing day... Dispatch day was estimated to be the 6th of December for an overseas shipment but they dispatched items on the 12th after I had asked for the order to be cancelled. Unprofessional!!"
Fake claims by IWOOT
"FAKEItems are not in stock, so IWOOT can cancel but choose not to. Items not even despatched when they say they are. Fake emails from IWOOT. Hermes distributor confirmed no parcel has been delivered to them despite a tracking order given to customers. Fake claim by IWOOT. It's very simple IWOOT just refund the money you took from customers accounts. Nothing else is required, except compensation to all customers."

"I bought a present for my son for Christmas. It was going to be his main present so really needed it in time. I have been promised so many times that I would receive it and that it was just delayed. They never reply to messages through Facebook, direct messages or Twitter. I had no choice but to cancel the order rather than risk an upset child on Christmas Day. I am . Just so happy that I used PayPal and they refunded me so I could then buy from amazon. They should be ashamed of themselves as a business. "

"Do not order from this drop shipping company! They do not have s warehouse or any stock ! They offer great items for less but it is indeed to good to be true! I recently spent £70 on Xmas gifts for my two children! I placed my order on the 5th November all items showing in stock with a dispatch date of 6-7th November brill !! Two weeks later and my items were yet to be posted! I contacted there very poor customer services who basically said they would look into the matter .... several emails later and still no items dispatched I asked for a refund ! They refused to refund me! And told me once I got the items to just send them back ???? But they haven’t been sent out so I want to cancel my order! I got one email stating one item will be delivered at the end of January!!!!! Are they taking the biscuit? I contacted them every day for 5 days email after email! Eventually they cancelled my order and promised a refund ! Today I checked my bank to find a refund of £38 not £70 so yet again I need to contact them I’m so angry!!! Do not order it’s disgusting! I’ve emailed trading Standards!!!!!!"
Don't hold your breath
"Awful. Had an issue i wanted to discuss re my order. Asked them to call me as would be so much quicker. They don't do phones..! This is the 21st century, get a mobile.! All done by email and takes 24-36 hours to get a reply. What a waste of time. Awful customer service. I gave up in the end. Just wasn't worth my time to complain and get nowhere.."
Is it a real site at all?
"I placed my order on 19.10.17 and order confirmation arrived per email. Second email arrived on 21.10.17 saying "your order is not shipped, sorry for delay...". A few days later I tried to log in and check my order status. 1) The login fields are not working correctly. Nothing appears on screen, but the letters are still there and login is possible. 2) once entered my account there was a message saying "you have no orders do far" 3) after 3 days communication with the customer support they told me that my order was cancelled because they don`t deliver to this address. Nobody informed me for the problem, nobody asked about another address. I`m happy my card was not charged, but I`m worried if my credit card information is in good hands now."
"SIX TIMES I REQUESTED A INVOICE FROM THEM FOR MY NEW KENWOOD CHEF. SO I COULD REGISTER IT WITH KENWOOD. SIX TIMES THEY EMAILED ME BACK SAYING ONE WAS ON IT'S WAY.IN THE END I EMAILED THEM SAYING I WAS GIVING UP AS THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF SENDING ONE, AND AGAIN THEY SAID ONE IS BEING SENT. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE, I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL TRADING. PART OF THE HUT GROUP WHICH IS KNOWN FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IWOT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. BE WARNED!"

The customer is always wrong
"We bought a voucher for our daughter's Christmas present. The voucher was valid for 10 months. When she looked for it in September she couldn't find it. "Don't worry, " I said, "They will have a record. They will replace it! It's still valid. "I was so wrong! No record, they didn't know who the supplier was, their customer service system is almost impossible to access and then I find that if you don't ask for another voucher inside 40 days you can just forget it! And don't forget we're not talking about actual goods....this is just a piece of paper. Don't bother. Don't buy anything from this dreadful company! "
Unhelpful and slow
"November: I ordered three items at the end of November, hoping that they would be with me by Christmas. One item was dispatched and I then received an email over a week later stating that the other two items had not yet been dispatched.December: I finally received a dispatch email for the remaining two items and the estimated date of arrival was the 21st of December. The two items did not arrive.January: I got in contact with IWOOT and they kindly offer a refund or replacement items. As the Christmas-themed items were completely useless in January, I requested a refund. I get an email the next day stating: "As you have request a replacement item for (two items) this will be sent from our supplier in the next 48 hours".I contacted IWOOT again stating that I did not request replacements, but rather, a refund. They then said, "I am sorry to hear that you wanted a refund and not a replacement but we have sent you a replacement out but I have raised this with the relevant department and should get a update in the next 24-48 hours."Nearly February: I contact IWOOT as have had no update. Items still not received.Their reply: Items have not even left the warehouse yet, will be being dispatched shortly.I can't help but think that they are purposely being greatly unhelpful...."
