Worst customer service ever!
"First they shipped my new machine to an old address (that house was torn down five years ago and the only reason I got the machine was that the UPS drive recognized my name). Then three weeks in a row calling them about my shipment of supplies and EACH time I called I was told that the supplies were being shipped that day....... Three weeks later, still no supplies, still getting the same answer and then when they gave me the extension to Peter (the boss), his voicemail box was full and not accepting any more calls.NEVER have I had the displeasure of working with such an unprofessional company. I'm getting my supplies from www.cpap.com from now on. Only possible bright spot.........spoke to representative "Gil" who assures me it is shipping today and I'll receive it tomorrow. Hopefully, he is someone who can get things done (and not just another rep blowing sunshine up my skirt)."
Sloppy at Best, Sleazy at Worst
"Ordered nebulizers by phone from National Sleep & (or “and”) Respiratory; aka Nationwide Sleep Therapy, LLC; aka National Sleep Therapy. Visa was charged that day to cover product + shipping. Weeks later, the wrong product arrived; turns out they no longer carry the model ordered. Someone was supposed to come pick up package but never did. Made multiple voicemail & email requests for postpaid return mailing label & confirmation that they’d issue refund. No response, so disputed the charge with CC issuer. Resolved in our favor. Then the company sent an invoice for the nebulizers, dated before the charge was disputed. Erroneously noted $0.00 previously billed and payment due. PLUS: Said "Autopay is on" & Visa to be charged by due date, even though I DID NOT register for “AutoPAY" or authorize automatic enrollment. Was done without my knowledge or consent. Since June 4, made several attempts to reach company via voicemail (3 different tel #s), email, & certified letters to 3 of the 4 different company names/addresses shown on receipt, invoice, and website. One is Norwood, MA. Another is Concord, NH, the address listed on nstherapy.com for billing/correspondence and at BBB website. That letter returned: “Moved, left no forwarding address.” Hmm. To date, no response from anyone. At best, sloppy operation. At worst, sleazy. Don’t know if I should try to contact CEO Peter Falkson about this—or if he even cares. I do know I would recommend never, ever doing business with this company. "
