"When I tried to order a dress in a larger size, it was more expensive even with store delivery. Online clerk could not offer same price as store. Referred me back to the store to inquire if they could order it as a courtesy. The store could not but told me to try online coupons, which I did and was successful paying $10 less than the original purchase. I still have to return to wrong size and pick up the order when it arrives, driving almost an hour both ways."

"What stands out most to me this visit was the maintenance. I was walking along aisles looking at clothing and noticed a tall ladder with a man on top of it working on something in the ceiling tile. A few aisles over I was still walking along browsing and tripped over a long hard piece of metal. Two elderly ladies saw me and asked if I was ok and I was thankfully, except for bruised pride. I'm so glad it was me and not either of them that tripped over it. There really should have been a caution sign or something put up so no one would get hurt."
