"I'm only giving them one star because zero is not an option. Ordered $200 worth of merchandise on 12/1/17, 18 days later I have nothing and now have to scramble for last minute Christmas gifts. I have been calling for a week. The first guy told me it was in the warehouse ready to go. Days later when nothing showed up, I called again. This time I was told my card had been rejected and they would ship it out 2 day shipping for free right away, but then we were disconnected. Called back and was told by a third person they had no record of me ever placing an order and if I wanted it by Christmas I would have to pony up extra money for two day shipping. My order was visible as "processing" when I looked it up on their website before, now my name and address is there but the order information is gone. I now have to call my credit card company to see if these scam artists have kept my $200 or not. I am livid. Do NOT order anything from this company!"

"Odered three items from them on Nov 27th 2017. Received two of them but the third and most expensive item is MIA as is their service department. I think by and large they are poorly run scam....."
"The customer service is horrible. Unable to speak to anyone in charge or get any answers regarding my order status. Sent numerous emails but NO response. I placed my order on 3 Dec 17. On 14 Dec 17 there were still no activity or current status on shipment. When I finally spoke to a person on the phone, they had no idea when the items would be ready. I will never order from this company again. "

"Got a catalog in the mail for this holiday season from Potpourri. Cute gifts! I was interested in ordering some things from the magazine. So i called the toll-free number in the catalog to do so. I got a representative with a thick Indian accent who sounded like he was in a call center. I tried to be kind and attempted to place an order. The first thing he asked for was the name of the credit card holder. I said my husband's name. He asked "Do you have permission from your husband to user this card?" I said kindly "Yes." He asked "Is he availible right now?" I said "No, he's at work right now." Before asking for the card number, he asked for the billing address. I told him the address and said that it was adressed to me, and that I wanted that to be the shipping address as well. He kept asking me to confirm that this was the BILLING address too. I said "Yes, it's all the same address." Then he HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I called the number in the catalog for customer service. I got a guy in India AGAIN........... I told him "I tried to order something from the catalog I got in the mail, but the representative I got hung up one me, so I ordered the item on Amazon instead." He said "Well, my system just crashed right now, maybe-" and before he could continue I hung up. UGH........IF YOU FIND SOMETHING YOU WANT FROM THEM, ORDER IT ON AMAZON. DON'T EVEN USE THEIR WEBSITE. I'M SURE IT'S A SCAM."
TERRIBLE customer service. I paid $17.94 for expedited service, still had not received package 8 days later, and they refused reimbursement.
"I ordered a dress and a pair of capris for a trip. I paid $17.94 for expedited shipping as I was leaving for a trip eight days after I placed the order. The package did not arrive in time for my trip so I refused delivery after I returned home. It took over a month to be reimbursed and they refused to reimburse me for the shipping costs. Their customer service is really awful. I spoke to someone on the phone who told me I would be reimbursed shipping costs and then they emailed me a few days later to let me know that they reconsidered and had decided not to reimburse me for the expedited shipping costs after all. "
"Wife ordered a birthday gift nine business days before the celebration. Standard 3-5 day shipping. This company took four days to process the order and get it to Fed Ex. Add 5 day delivery and we miss the birthday date. Called customer service and asked why they sat on the order for four days and Dan the customer service rep hung up on me."
Often ship broken items...
"Ordered more than $250.00 from these crooks recently. Several items were broken, and it was clear that the damage was done prior to shipping as there was NO damage to the outer packaging but the inner boxes were indeed damaged. Potpourri group offers NO return shipping, which means I'm losing money just shopping with these criminals. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES!"
"Do not order from this company I placed an order almost $100.00 worth for Christmas they never sent me any emails even though I placed the order online. When I called to inquire about my order they had no answers or it was processing. Call more then five times and told a differs story every time. When I finally received my order a product was missing when I called I was told it may be processing and to call back in 4 days by a super visor not ordering from them again"
clothes cute but cheaply made
"Received several items for Christmas from this catelog. Non-wearable merchandise fine but 2 of the clothing items (I received 4) are falling apart and they have not even been washed yet. Can't wait to watch them both unravel... First one, snowflake vest and top set - hole in pockets of vest. I sewed those holes up. This item cost 60 bucks! Second item, cute soft cat pullover, neck portion is falling apart - fraying !! So it has lasted about 5 days...this at least "only" cost 30 bucks! I don't know how I will fix that one without removing and reattaching entire neckline. Maybe I should send them a seamstress bill.... "

"I ordered three pairs of slippers, which looked really cute in the catalog. When they arrived, they were enormous, to the point where what was described as a "small" would actually fit a "large" foot. The "large" looked like a clown shoe! I felt that because of this I should be reimbursed for return shipping. I emailed their customer service three times and never received the courtesy of a response. The reimbursement for the merchandise alone took several days. "
"I purchased 2 garments from the Potpourri Gift Catalog, each costing $49.95. The material on the Asymmetrical Floral Tunic, Item # RG4040 is so thin that it is "see-through". You will have to wear a camisole or undergarment with this top. It is a cheap texture material as well. For the price, the tunic should have been constructed from more substantial material. The Studded Floral Hoodie, Item # RE4038, is also poor quality material. Additionally, the zipper is cheap. I could not zip the hoodie. The zipper won't last long. My recommendation is not to purchase from this catalog. I learned my lesson not to purchase from any catalog that does not provide real customer reviews on each item. You pay for return shipping, so I have been charged a "stupid" tax for ordering from this catalog and then returning the merchandise due to poor quality. "
"With the understanding that Potpourri Gifts was closed for inventory, I paid an additional fee to expedite my order of two very small collectibles. They were shipped promptly, but shipped 'slow boat to China', and will not be delivered until the end of the month. The size of the purchase was small, and the cost of shipping was $15. They would easily fit in a USPS Priority box, and been shipped for $15. I would have received them in two days. When I contacted Potpourri about the problem, their indifference was deafening. There is no reference to this policy on their website. Customer Service? None whatsoever..."
