"I ordered two outfits and a pair of boots from Queen Fashions. I waited a few weeks but never received the items. I called the # listed on their website and the guy told me it was bc the it "was on back order". He told me that their shipment warehouse should have what I ordered any day and to try back in a few weeks. I waited a few weeks and called back. This time the guy told me that they had received the items back in stock the day before and that i should receive my package in a few days. I waited another week or two but no package. I called back again and the guy told me it had shipped out two weeks before and I should have already gotten it. When I asked him to provide me a tracking # he said he would have to look into it and call me back. I never got a call back so I called again the next day but nobody answered. I sent numerous emails and no reply. I filed a complaint with BBB but it didn't get me my money back. They cheated me big time."
"Placed order for boots on July 6th, credit card was charged on July 8th. Confirmation email said I would receive another email when product shipped, in 3-4 weeks. Sent inquiry email on July 30th to no avail. Sent email #2 on August 10th. No response. Searched internet for phone number - no luck. Sent another email August 20th and no response. Called back to dispute charge on August 26th and also noticed today that www.queenfashions.com is now not found. Do NOT buy anything from this "company.""
"Beware! Queens Fashions or shoediscounters.com After waiting 3weeks for a pair of shoes. I started emailing the Queens Fashion and got no response. I started calling and no response. I just called again on 6-8-10 and the number is now disconected. Called my bank to file a dispute and my money will be refunded. However, I believe this guy has another site out there called shoediscounts.com. If you look at the web page it's the same set up as the other web page and the contact number is the same also. I'm surprised something hasn't been done yet about him. After not hearing from the company, I than googled him and found these reviews. I wish I would of done a check sooner. This is just not right. He should be stopped before someone else falls victim to this!!!!!! "

Looked up phone #, was disconnected.Filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission 5/19/2010, 6 weeks after purchase. Was able to get my money back through bank card fraud procedure."

Then again, I was told their warehouse was hit by Hurricane Gustav.Was told I would receive an E-mail when my order was shipped.Was not much of an order... so while I was not worried about it, it has now been 11 weeks, and I contacted via E-mail today.Obviously, they are not the best on being prompt. After a Month of torment, I filed a Fraudulent Transaction with my credit card company and got my money refunded by VISA. "BEWARE OF QUEEN FASHIONS/DEVA USA....THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND NEVER SHIP!!!!!Has been over a month since order was placed, I was told it would be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks. Phone number to Queen Fashion has been called 20 times, NO ANSWER. Emailed them numerous times, NO RESPONSE. They also do business as DEVA USA, the contact number for them takes you to an adult chat phone number. I used to order from them all the time and used to get items within 3 weeks. I finally got tired of waiting and getting no responses so I called my bank and had them dispute the charges. At least I got my money back!"
