"I cancel my stay due to unexpected family circumstances and they keep say that the funds are release to my credit card company. They are giving me the run around since it been 18 business days later. They don't give a damn and this company should go out of business because they care scamming the hell out of people of their money by not giving refunds back. Do not go to their website and if yo are calling and here someone says reservationdesk.com, hang up your phone and call the hotel directly."

"I thought I was contacting Days Inn directly. I made the reservation and was told I was paying right now for 1 night which was fine. When 2-3 days later received no confirmation email and that was because they didn’t have email correct. When they resent it it showed reservation was paid in full. They DID NOT have my approval to do that. They illegally charged my credit card. I cancelled reservation and was told they would refund full amount. That was 10 days ago. Money still wasn’t returned. When I called again apparently some idiot didn’t process the refund and now I have to wait another 3-10 days. Please be forwarned. "

"Recently called a Choice Hotel and was forwarded to reservations which i assumed was within the Choice system! It was a company called Reservation Desk. I was never told I was with a different company or that they charge a service fee plus charge you more than the actual rate at the hotel!! When I arrive at hotel, they said the credit card Reservation Desk had given them was denied. My personal. Credit card had already been charged for all 3 rooms so needless to say I was infuriated. After 30 minutes on the line with Reservation Desk, they finally gave the hotel a card that would work. Upon checking out I ask for room receipts and the hotel rate was about $70 cheaper for the 3 rooms than what I was charged by Reservation Desk. Not only do they charge a reservation fee but upcharge the price of the rooms. Not a bad scam!! I called the Reservation Desk upon my return home but got no satisfaction from a so called supervisor by the name of John Cabera. He said he would check it out and get back to me. I heard nothing so tried to call Mr. Cabera but they said they had no one there by that name. Do NOT do business with this very unreputable company. They are frauds!!! Have notified Choice that someone at their franchises are forwarding customers to this company. BEWARE when you are forwarded to reservations!"
"Thought I was in the hotel website but was in fact Reservation-Desk's spoofed hotel site!! I booked the rate option so that I would be able to make a change and I was NOT allowed to and had to pay for a night that I was not staying at the hotel. They refused to honor their stated change/cancellation policy that was on the web page (and my confirmation email) saying that was the fault of the hotel that they could not change it. NOT TRUE! The worst experience ever!
"Checked on a Holiday Inn Express hotel in Weatherford Texas for 12/13/17 and was quoted $115 per night. Did this on y cell phone as I was traveling and needed accommodations for that very night. I bought the room, and a fee of $29 was charged in addition to the taxes, giving me a total cost of $159 and change! This “fee” was not disclosed before I made the purchase, and I was shocked to see it. Totally non refundeable the instant I hit the purchase button. I complained at the hotel, but because it is a third party there was no recourse. The hotel mistakenly put a receipt under my door, and I was able to see what I SHOULD have paid had I gone directly to the hotel. This group pays lots of money so that their web site comes up first (or nearly so) on Google searches, uses actual hotel logos and looks legit. But NEVER use them. Fool me once, shame on you...."

"I received a link to Reservation Desk to book a hotel for a business trip. I was only presented with non-refundable rates and did not notice the very small print. I was not asked to confirm that the rate was non-refundable. In addition to over-charging for the room, they charged for wi-fi (free at the hotel). When I called within 2 minutes of booking, they said I should be more careful next time and that I could have booked a refundable rate. I asked Jill how to do that and she could not tell me how to find a refundable rate on their site. I travel for business 2-3 times a month and have never seen such deceptive practices."

"This is our second issue on a separate reservation. There is no allowance for making changes. You will have to talk to layers and laters of people to make any adjustments. I made reservations for the wrong city with the same name and it took 1 hour, 4 phone calls to get it straintened out. "

Had to cancel and discovered they do not use the cancellation rules of the hotel but their own shorter version plus the $12.95 reservation fee which is non-refundable.They did refund one night, still fighting over the first siteDo not use, go straight to the hotel website or a reputable site, Travelocity, Hotels.com etc."
Booked twice for one room
"Called to make a reservation. the agent then said. there was another room cheaper, did I want that one. sure, I said. She never cancelled the first one. I found out one was booked on Expedia and the other was priceline. Never, never. never deal with this on line company. I tried to immediately to reverse this with no satisfaction. I did agree to the cancellation policy ONCE, not twice. Finally after dealing with my credit card co. they kindly credited me. but this was not their fault . It was the error of the agent hired by these cut rate co. Call the hotel directly. "

"I was shocked when the hotel I checked into told me my reservation was through Priceline (aka Reservation Desk.com). I specifically asked the booking agent if he was with reservations at this particular hotel and even asked "are you a reservation system like booking.com?" The agent replied he was not with a booking agency but directly working for the hotel....all lies! Apparently, I tapped a deviously disguised pop-up on the hotel's website...it looked like I was still on the hotel's website, but the number provided was for Reservation Desk (aka Priceline). So...beware of any reference to Reservation Desk, especially, like me, you do not want to deal with Priceline and all of their rules and limitations!"
