"This shopping experience was unpleasant due to the sales associate I had to deal with. Two other associates tried to help, but by then it was too late. The associate contradicted me when I said the item was on sale and then misapplied my coupon. I let that slide because she wouldn't listen when I tried to tell her about the way she did it. Usually I really enjoy shopping this location more than the other location in our town because this store's arrangement is easier to shop and more pleasant. I don't usually complain about my experiences, but a friend of mine had a similar unpleasant experience at this same location two weeks ago. She did not know you could take a survey and told me about her experience after I relayed mine to her."

"Used a coupon that started at 3:00 pm until closing on 4/12/18. $10.00 off plus a cosmetic bag. Made my purchase at 3:23 pm. They were already out of the cosmetic bags! If I had gone later in the evening I would expect that, but not 23 minutes after I was able to use the coupon."
