Not only was the response quick, but we are getting a new one shipped to us. They are giving us the old one as a gift. We love our Treat A Dog products and would buy from them again! Making things right
"Hazel Ashford is a star. She was able to take us from having a poor experience to a fantastic experience simply by making things right. Our Golden Retreiver punctured the cover on the bed and was able to separate the seam with one pull. That was our cloudy moment with Treat a Dog. Then the ray of sunshine happened. Hazel Ashford not only replaced the old bed but allowed us to keep the original. Thank you so much Hazel. "My girl Lacey decided to chew apart her big brothers bed. I emailed customer service to inquire if there was a way I could purchase a new cover. I received quick response from Camille who requested that I email pictures for quality assurance. I again received a quick response stating that she had issued a replacement free of charge and apolgized for any trouble. Camille's customer service was stellar and my pups love this bed so much that I had to purchase a second bed to keep my Faith from stealing her big brothers bed every night. Superb products and customer service!
"I ordered the puplounge memory foam dog bed in large. When it arrived I measured the cover of the bed to my dog, as suggested by the included directions. It was a tight fit and he tends to sleep sprawled out, not curled up, so I worried it was too small even thought he fit the weight category just fine. I contacted customer service via the online chat and was told to email pics of the unopened bed and I would receive a return label. When I did this I was first redirected to the return policy which stated I would have to pay for my own return shipping since it was not damaged. I explained what I was told during the original chat and got a quick response from Hazel confirming they would indeed honor that for me and also sent me a return label. Hazel was extremely helpful through all of this! And honestly, it wasn't even their mistake to fix! Hazel went above and beyond for me and my boy to ensure we got the perfect bed, and Dante sure does love it! I also ordered two of the bed toppers so I can't wait to get those as well. We could use the cooling topper right now during a heat wave! I can't say enough about this bed and Hazel. I will definitely continue to recommend this company and will likely buy more items. "I ordered two dog beds, one for my Yellow Labrador and another for my Dachshund. Both arrived soon. The large bed was perfect, the small one had a couple of problems. I emailed the company some photos and within minutes had a solution. Camille Tolentino helped efficiently and fast. "My Doberman tore up our brand new PupLounge memory foam dogbed after only having it a couple of weeks. He seemed to really like it but we came home to it tore to pieces one day. I contacted Hazel Ashford with customer service and they have already shipped me a new one. Wow what customer service!! Definitely will be a future customer!!"
Products are not as advertised
"I ordered a dog bed from Treat a Dog and it was not as advertised. The bed is so thin, I might as well have purchased a bath mat. I feel scammed and this purchases was a total waste of money. I've reached out to Treat a Dog for a refund. Waiting to see how they handle this. So far, no word back from them. "
