"I was so conflicted about what size beds to order for our dogs. I was wanting the surface sleeping area not including the bolsters. I found the total size information for the beds in the description, but just didn't feel comfortable ordering without knowing more detail as far as inside measurements. Camille Tolentino was my wonderfully friendly customer service rep and she was able to answer all my questions and make it so much easier for me to decide on which sizes to order. "After initially calling Treat A Dog regarding a product I purchased that I was not happy with and being told that I could not return it because it was outside the 30 day satisfaction guaranteed period, I called back and was provided with an alternate solution. Treat A Dog offered to "exchange" the product I was not happy with with another product. Thank you for being so flexible Treat A Dog. I quickly went from an unsatisfied customer to a very satisfied customer. I look forward to receiving my new dog bed."
"On the second use of the seat protector a strap pulled away from the cover. I emailed the company about the issue and Camille Tolentino responded and was very helpful. "We have Jeep Wrangler and have ordered other pet liners for the back for our two Golden Retrievers in the past. They fit not fit well, and we still got hair everywhere. We ordered the PupProtector Trunk Cover from Treat a Dog, and WOW! We were very impressed with it. "I ordered an extra large dog bed for my golden retriever. After approximately 2 weeks, a seam came apart in two places. I contacted Treatadog and received help from Michelle Figueroa. I sent pictures of the open seams and after a couple of days, I was told that a new cover would be sent to replace the defective on. I am very pleased with the quick response to resolve my problem."

"I love this company! This is the only bed I’ve bought that my dog doesn’t tear apart and actually lays comfortably in every night. Shipping took only a couple days! I ordered a second bed because I got too small of a size the first time. The cover was ripped on the new bed, so I emailed them and got a response from Michelle Figueroa in less than 12 hours. "Our two labs loved the Pup Lounge Memory Foam bed so much that we purchased a second one 2 months later for our upstairs. Both dogs sleep on the same bed no matter which one they are in, the XL is a perfect size for them. We recently noticed a small issue with one of the beds so I sent an email to inquire about what to do. Camille Tolentino responded within minutes and resolved our concern with just one email. This product and the customer service are exceptional and I would highly recommend this website for any dog related product you need. "
