"I ordered 2 large PupLounge Memory Foam Orthopedic Bed's for my Chesapeake Bay Retrievers with a 60% off coupon, but when I went to check for the e-mail confirmation, I saw that I had just 20 minutes prior, received a 65% off coupon. I e-mailed Treat A Dog right away and asked them to honor the 65% and refund me the difference. I received a response from Michelle Figueroa 11-minutes later saying it would be honored and she'd already processed it because a separate notification had come in just a minute before that! AMAZING! And then the beds got here 2 days later and while my hard-headed chessies don't think they need to move from the human bed at night yet, they have dabbled in checking out these new beds and I'm sure they'll be in them more frequently in no time - which their aging bones will appreciate not having to jump up onto my bed! The beds are of super high quality, you have to put them together as the foam is almost mattress-like, but I'm seriously impressed and happy I got them at such a great discount!"

"I had ordered 2 beds and once they arrived put them carefully together. Our Dobermans are the most toy destroying dogs, so the chew proof beds seemed like the obvious choice! Less than 48 hours later, one was destroyed with the zippers still zipped shut. I contacted the company with pictures; not really to ask for anything and I didn’t expect anything, but Ms Hazel Ashford quickly responded and has now shipped us a replacement! Definitely 5-star service! Keeping my fingers crossed when the Dobies get on the new bed..LOL! "

"I recently purchased the XL Puplounge orthopedic bed for my 10 yr old Siberian husky, the size was the same exact size as his old bed only with sides. Saw an add on Facebook and it was everything that they described it to be. There was a sale with a coupon code of 50%. The Next day I saw there was a 60% off coupon code. Sent a message to treatadog and Michelle Figueroa responded very quickly and refunded the difference back in my original form of payment, Hassle free! I may be purchasing another bed for a second location in the house soon! "

"I purchased a new dog bed for my pet. Unfortunately, when it arrived it had some damage to the zipper and wouldn’t zip properly. I was concerned since this was my first time ordering from this company. I contacted them via email, and was pleasantly surprised when I got a response within the hour from customer support agent, Camille Tolentino. She asked me to send them a photo of the damage, which I happily supplied. She immediately replied with an apology, and said to keep the damaged one and that a replacement would be on the way. She was very nice, professional, and handled the problem very quickly. I will definitely be shopping with them again. Great customer service!"

"We just received our bed a few days ago and both of my huskies love it. The only issue was one of the seams came apart and the dogs got to the stuffing. I sent Treat A Dog pictures and they immediately replied saying they would send me a new one. That is great customer service!!"

"I purchased the pup lounge in November, it took a few weeks to arrive, but they did note that when I purchased. It was a great and comfy bed for our 6 month old Dane until... she ripped it to shreds while we were out. I thought it was supposed to be chew resistant, but wasn’t sure if the company had any warranty for that, like the flattening. I was so bummed to be out of the investment and great bed, and our pup had never torn another bed, so hoping it was a fluke. I decided to email customer service to see what they were willing to do and received a prompt reply from Michelle Figueroa, that they would be sending a replacement right away. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised and she made it extremely easy. We received the new bed a few days later and so far so good. "
