Color Fading Problem
"Never really been satisfied with these flags but the price is right. These do not stand up to the Florida sun. The y lose their color brightness too quickly and fade out to where I have to replace them about every three to four months. That is why I have to buy so many at a time. You need to do something about the dyes that are used on these flags or I will be forced to try another company that is more expensive and see how their flags do in the Florida sun. Sorry to be negative but you wanted the truth. Thanks."
DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER BE BACK
"Have spent a lot of money with US Flag Store. Ordered a bunch of flags, but then after promised shipping date expired, I HAD to call. After being waiting for 34 minutes the first time and 41 the second time, was told many of the flags I ordered were on back order and they did not know when they would be available. So rather than inform me at the time of purchase, they just took processed the Credit Card and left me in limbo. This happened on two different occasions. Each year our church honors military, fire fighters and law enforcement. We keep enough flags in stock to distribute them throughout the year to hand out to those who serve or have served. We also have a stringent deadline for our Patriotic Service, yet as time drew near, we heard nothing from US flags. I had to pay extra shipping charges elsewhere. After speaking on the phone with customer reps at US Flag Store, explaining my frustration and situation, there was no apology or concern. I assure you I will take my 5,000 dollars budget elsewhere. It is evident US Flag is not concerned with customer care. It is evident that you are such a money-making company, you do not need to worry about failing in areas of customer service. Good news is that there are plenty of other companies that do care and are trustworthy. I had to cancel other orders for which I do not have invoice numbers belowJim Burt "
Slow to process returns
"I ordered a Christian Flag and an American Flag for my church. I returned the American Flag because I didn't like the fabric and the way it 'felt'. Returned that flag and ordered another one. I like the new one much better. I returned the original flag on July 2, 2018 and have not gotten a refund yet. Certainly 6 weeks is long enough to process a return, but I guess not. I'll be more careful next time. "
"Not so happy. I set up the pole and when I tied the rope off to the bracket the bracket broke. I paid extra to get good quality and the thing is like plastic. Now I have to buy a a rope racket and drill and modify the pole. Come in folks. Don’t go cheap. "
"I have ordered several flags from the U S Flag Store. We have been very pleased. Both U S and State. We have used the heavy polyester ones, and they last 12+ months (easy) and they are flown 24/7/365. We have also been pleased with the prompt delivery and ease of ordering. This time, I had to return some rope (wasn't sure of the size), and I had a little difficulty reaching someone. But in a couple of days, my e-mail was answered, and the return was easy, peasy. thanks! "
"When I opened my pkg. and seen my flag was a thin nylon flag and I paid 36.00 for it I was REALLY UPSET. Yesterday my son had to take it down because a red thread had pulled out and was twisted around the ropethat is used to raise and lower the flag and he finally got it pulled loose from the rope. I thought I was gettingthe heavy flag that I usually buy. Won't be buying it again. Don't think this flag is going to last very long. My last flaglasted 2 yrs. "

"I updagraded to the 2 day shipping for our order. After not receiving, I contacted customer service and she stated our products were out of stock. I asked to cancel the order which was an option she gave me, but apparently my email was not checked 72 hours after I sent it because she wrote me back 3 days later saying it already shipped. I should have at least been refunded the overage in shipping but it was not addressed at all. Will never shop here again. "
Great EZ-to-Use Website!
"The website is so easy to navigate. Fun to use.I would have rated my experience 5 Stars, except the items I ordered and received are less than perfect. Workmanship and fabric are just fine, but the flag-stick is too short for the size of flag. When inserted in ground, the flags drag on the dirt. Sticks need to be longer. I will end up buying longer dowels at lumber store and replace the short sticks provided."

"Because of a computer era . I never received my order.i was still charged shipping. I called to try to work it out and after twenty minutes wait time each time you call .they get mad and hang up on you. Never again. "
Unfair Customer Service
"I ordered an item on June 20, and today is August 1st. The system says "Processing" and it has said that for over a month. The phone experience is not any better. I called six times, and waited over an hour before my call was taken. When the call was answered, she told me that you are short on employees, and that has caused the delays. I'm sorry, but this is not important to the customer. You are selling products (or not). I am totally disappointed in this company, and you have the nerve to send me a SURVEY? The least you could do would be to call your customer or leave some form of notice to expect delays. I'm spending over $100.00 on a product that you appear to have readily accessible, but that is misleading. For anyone attempting to order something other than flags, this is just NOT the place to shop. I want the product, but I feel totally unhappy!"
Beautiful Display Cabinet
"I am pleased with the cabinet, the engraved plaque was not on it, or with it which was very disappointing! The glass was loose and will have to be glued into the frame. I wanted the little plaque so when I leave this earth the next generation will know about the flag who it was given in memory of by having name and information. "
