Unbelievably slow, bad customer service
"I have had bad experiences with this company throughout the entire process and am honestly shocked at how I have gotten such bad service in so many different ways. First, my order was flagged for review, meaning that I had to call their office and confirm my payment and shipping information, delaying my shipment by a day. Ok, that's annoying but not a huge deal... I call, wait on hold for about 10 minutes, then get a message saying that they have a high call volume and can't take my call now and it hangs up on you. This was the first of three times that has happened to me since placing my order.I finally got someone on the phone, they processed my order, and I received an email saying that the parts I need are "on order" and will be at their facility next week. Again, not a huge deal except for the fact that I specifically contacted them before placing my order and they confirmed that everything I needed was in stock. The parts come in, I receive my shipment, and now there is a part missing. I call them, wait on hold, get hung up on *two more times* by the 10 minute auto-hang-up, and am not able to get anyone on the phone. I finally get someone to help me through the online chat, (they offer no apology at all for their mistake, which is costing me money because I don't have a car until I get these parts), they submit an "RMA request" and say that their returns department needs to investigate and that someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours. They send me an email two days later saying that they are sending me a new part and that they *usually* ship within 3-5 business days. (Just for reference, that means that they're not even going to ship the replacement part until 5-7 *business days* after I notified them it was missing.) It has now been 10 days since I placed my original order, and I'm still waiting on the rest of my order to ship. I understand when companies make mistakes or have a bad employee, but this was not a mistake. This is the way their system works. I will definitely not be using this site again and strongly recommend that you use a different company if time is a factor for you at all."
