Strong pc but bad delivery
"Let's see the case came cracked but I wasn't even going to bother complaining about that. The process of building your pc between parts gathering and assembling takes what I feel to be a rediculous amount of time to do. If they are that busy maybe they need more help. But it's a good PC I got. Also I paid for the premium build and I don't really like how they managed the wires. "

MannyM with live tech support changed my bad experience to a much much better one.
"I had just gotten a brand new computer and I was having some issues with the computer randomly shutting off. It left a bad taste in my mouth paying so much money and waiting for it to arrive, just for it to not meet expectations. It turned me off from wanting to use ibuypower again in the future, but thanks to MannyM with the live tech support, I feel a lot better about the company and feel guilty about blaming ibuypower for something that was probably just a simple mistake that got through QA testing based on chance alone seeing how sometimes it would take hours for the problem to happen with the computer. He was very understanding and it didn't feel to me like he was just trying to get rid of me so he could move on to the next person which is sometimes the norm for tech support places. "

Worst experience ever
"A laptop that was supposed to come in one month took three. I never even received a confirmation email upon purchasing so half the time customer service wouldn’t even take me seriously when I called asking for an update. I paid $100 for windows 10 and opened my laptop to find that a free watermarked version had been installed instead. The “free headset” stopped working after a week. I will never return to this site. UPDATE after posting this customer service reached out to me and gave me a windows product key and sent me a new headset. Computer works well I am satisfied."
