“I ordered Christmas gifts on Black Friday 2015 for my daughter. Now almost two months later I don't even have a tracking number. This may be a FedEx issue with Black Friday overload, I still don't know the answer, as I haven't heard from PacSun, but in my opinion, they should have sent me an email before Christmas alerting me to the issue. Instead I had to call in the week before Christmas, wondering where my order was, only to wait on hold for a long time before giving up and finding out these gifts wouldn't be under the tree.
This was my first order with them, and will be my last, because in this competitive online world we live in, there are too many other sellers out there that I'm sure would have done a better job of the situation. For this gift, I ended up writing a letter to my daughter 'from Pacsun' telling them how sorry I was that her gift did not arrive in time for Christmas. Too bad Pacsun didn't think of the same.”
