“They have a rather eclectic product mix, but have good depth and selection in those areas they cover. Lots of shower door parts, for example, which is what I ordered. They shipped it quickly, and was exactly as described.”

“Some of these reviews were scary, but I had absolutely no problems at all with my order.
I ordered, received an email confirmation immediately. 45 mins later a receipt for payment. 2.5 hours later a shipping confirmation with Fedex Ground tracking info. That was on a Friday; on Monday I then received a sales invoice. The product arrived on Thursday; it was exactly as described.
This was a small purchase (< $20), but it was handled perfectly.”
“Couldn't have been better: Ordered in the afternoon, they still shipped the same day (and it arrived the very next day, since we're only a few 100 miles from their warehouse). Items arrived in good shape, and were as described.”
“Ordered a few small parts early afternoon and they still were able to mail it the same day; I appreciate that kind of service. No invoice in the package, but they had emailed it promptly so ok, it saves some paper -- that's good, too. Shipping is a bit high for tiny, light items ($8 for a 3-ounce package), but the total was so low I guess they have to get paid for their time (better than a minimum order amount to me). Anyway, since it got here the next day (I'm just a few hours drive south), it isn't that bad at all.”
“A so-so experience. Ordered the item (a phone) on 23 November (Black Friday). It was in stock and ready to ship, but it didn't ship until one week later (the next Friday). I ordered it with a black skin, the printed invoice states 'black', but it came with a purple skin. I phoned and they said sorry, they would try to ship out a black skin if it was available. 2 weeks later an apology letter came stating they cannot send out individual items like that, but if I wanted to I could return the phone. This was my first QVC experience; not a great start.”
“Couldn't have been better. Ordered 6 smoke detectors -- cheapest price from a site with decent reviews. (First I had to call them to verify color, as the photo was a poor one. The person I spoke with was helpful and as it turned out, correct.) I got a quick email order confirmation, and at night received a shipping confirmation with tracking info. Sent by Priority Mail, they came 2 days later, just what I ordered. ”
“I found this company because of a sale that was too hard to pass. On 7/6/12 (Fri), I ordered 4 Corningware items, 7 Pyrex items, and 1 Revere Covered Skillet (all for $95 w/shipping). They shipped items (packaged into four) via FedEx on 7/10 (Tues). They made it easy for me to track the packages by sending one email with one PDF file containing all of the package contents and tracking numbers. Packages arrived as tracking records indicated; one on 7/14 (Sat), and the other three on 7/17 (Tues). They arrived without any problems because they were carefully wrapped and double boxed. I talked with the customer service a couple of times, and they were very courteous and helpful. I will order from them again and recommend them to friends. ”
“I was a bit hesitant to order as I worry about shill reviews when a store has just a handful of reviews. I placed my order for a Mack warranty (they had the lowest price I could find on the web, by about $25), and got a phone call just a few minutes later. I usually don't like that, but in this case it was legitimate. The caller admitted they'd never sold a warranty by itself before (only with a camera purchase) and just wanted to let me know that they were going to ask Mack to make sure it was ok. He was very un-NY like (sorry, don’t mean to generalize, but often NY’ers are very rushed and abrupt), and seemed to genuinely want to be helpful. He called back about an hour later, after receiving a call back from Mack, and said he had verified it was fine and would send the info later in the day. (This was an electronic version of the warranty instead of paper, but still fully transferrable).
So it was a very good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate (next time) to order again.”
“I was a bit hesitant to order from them, since there were no reviews online anywhere that I could find. But they turned out to be a great "Mom & Pop" company that highly values customers. I placed an order and then thought I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I called them and spoke to a delightfully nice person who verified that I did order what I had wanted. The order was shipped the same day via USPS Priority Mail and arrived just 2 days later. Exactly as described and shown on the website. And about a week later I received a thank you card in the mail! How wonderful! I have no hesitancy in ordering from them again should the need arise, nor with recommending them fully.”
